Renee believes that being a leader is both a great honor and responsibility. In today’s complex times that responsibility is even greater: it calls for multi-dimensional leaders.

During her more than 20 years in senior management, Renee witnessed the positive, motivating impact of skilled leaders, as well as the distress and low morale caused by unskilled leaders.

This moved Renee to create The INSPIRE! Leadership Program, which includes her 7 Core Principles of Leadership. By doing so, she intends to share with others a new paradigm of leadership – one that values respect, trust, and collaboration as much as outstanding achievement and innovation.

As an executive often responsible for driving strategy and growth, Renee has worked for companies ranging from ten million to half-a-billion dollars . She has focused on short- and long-term business transformations and has acted as a cross-functional liaison to align business objectives.

Renee is a passionate student of business and leadership. In addition to her master’s degree from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts, and a Certification in Strategic Marketing Management from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, Renee is a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and a Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT). She is also accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International.

Renee has a deep love of teaching, whether she’s working with students in university, aspiring leaders, or executives. A central tenet of her teaching is that leadership is a skill you can acquire. No matter your particular leadership style or ability, you can enhance your impact as a high-performing influential leader.
